I had a great stay with my family at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities you would expect from larger hotel chains. However, the rooms can get very humid, which was a bit uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, with pleasant and very helpful staff, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The location is convenient, close to everything we needed in the Subic Freeport area, perfect for families like ours. The dining options, although offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, were a bit ordinary and tasteless at times. The facilities were well-maintained and added to our overall satisfaction.
